Our history : AK-Formation is an innovative center for continuing education in the Jura in the Watchmaking Professions founded in 2016, and located in the heart of the Jura. He brings together a competent, dynamic and efficient team, dedicated to training the next generation of qualified personnel for the Swiss watch industry.

Our values : The objectives of AK-Formation are, on the one hand, to transmit know-how, and on the other, the satisfaction of its customers. AK-Formation relies on the high qualification of its staff to transmit the know-how that meets the requirements of watchmaking companies.

Our training : Customer satisfaction being obviously the daily concern of companies and institutions, it seems essential to AK-Formation to give itself the means to achieve this. Each client being unique, AK-Formation takes care to provide tailor-made training, adapted to the needs of the participant. In a real watchmaking workshop, participants enter the fascinating world of polishing, hand dial fitting, aesthetic control of timepieces or jewelry, assembly of watch cases and movements.

The training services are evaluated by a form at the end of the training in order to continuously improve the quality of our services and make any improvements to our training program.
