AK-FORMATION undertakes not to disclose any personal information relating to the participants. Discussions and interviews remain confidential.
AK-FORMATION reserves the right to modify or cancel, with notice, the training agenda and courses. Any modification or cancellation is expressly justified and is the subject of a letter sent to the participants. As far as possible, a new agenda is then proposed. The training prices are communicated to the participants in the form of an offer by e-mail. This must be returned signed by the participants for the training to be scheduled. Travel costs, insurance related to travel and participation in training are the responsibility of the participants.
The agreed amount must be paid before the 1st day of training.
In case of cancellation less than 15 days before the start of the course, no refund will be made, and at least half of the costs will be due.
Any absence is the responsibility of the participant and will not be refunded or replaced.
Participants will be released from their training in the event that he/she has the possibility of taking up employment. However, any month of training started will be due.
The management reserves the right to terminate the training of any participant who does not respect the values of the center's charter, i.e. respectful behavior towards anyone within the center, ethics and morals.
A certificate of course attendance is given to all participants who demonstrate at least 80% attendance at the course as well as a mastered training. Early termination of a course will not entitle you to a full certificate.
